Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-refundable.
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.
If a product has been used or its seal has been broken, the return will be declined and the product sent back to you.
Time Frame for Returns
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You may also choose to exchange the item instead of receiving a refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by the seller or marketplace.
Customers will not be charged return shipping, even if the item is defective.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Digital goods or items marked as final sale
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Consumables and some health & personal care products
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns of items that are in good condition.
